Processing range of heat treatment as follows：
　　Chemical heat treatment of shafts and gearing parts under the range of φ750*2400 ( the course of carburization, nitrogen ization, cyaniding, soft nitrogen ization).

　　Nitrogen ization and soft nitrogen ization of parts under range of φ1500*1800.( suitable for the surfaces treatment of large-scale mould . )

　　The induction heat treatment of shafts under range of φ400*2400,and gearing parts under φ3500(high frequency, super audio, middle frequency quenching), single tooth quenching of big modulus gears and shafts.

　　Different specifications of ordinary treatment quality-transfer, normalizing, softening ),salty quenching, partly flame quenching and surface flange treatment.
